The first step is to choose a service from our range: an online doctor prescription, a repeat prescription, a telehealth consultation, or a medical certificate. - 2: Fill out the questionnaire
After choosing a service, take an online assessment by answering a clinical questionnaire. This information is presented to your doctor to understand your medical concerns and to make consultations more efficient and safe. - 3: Choose a time
Once you complete the questionnaire, choose an appointment time and join your virtual consultation comfortably at home. - 4: Get a consultation virtually
This is the final step, where you have your virtual appointment. Provide relevant information so that the doctor can guide and provide recommendations to what best suit your health.
Is it safe to use your service?
What do I need to have to use your service?
For prescription-based consults, we require Medicare card details so that we can issue e-scripts.
For medical certificates, we do not require a Medicare card.
Both types of consultations are privately billed via credit card. We won’t use your Medicare card for billing purposes.
